RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Fleetwood does not process refunds or credits for any reason.
• No cancellation charge if cancelled before 72 hours of arrival date.
• Your card will be charged a $60.00 cancellation fee if cancelled within the 72hour window or if you are a no show with no contact made.
• The card on file will be charged for your entire reservation on the first day ofyour reservation or at check in.
• THE CHARGE ON YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WILL SHOW UP AS “DRESSLER-CORP”WHICH IS FLEETWOOD’S PARENT COMPANY.
• Site numbers are subject to change at any time.
• For RVs that are over 10 years old, a pre-approval process is required before move-in. As part of this process, you must submit clear photographs showing all four sides of your RV. Approval must be granted before your arrival to ensure compliance with our community standards.

 

GENERAL RULES OF THE PARK

• Keep area clean: no trash bags left outside.-No mats are allowed on the grass.-Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am-Pets must be leashed at all times; do not walk your pet in other residents lots, & pet owners must pick up after their pets immediately.
